| It's A Miracle I'm Still Sane |

Yo. I was planning on posting both yesterday and today, but something came up. Literally. My mom's brother and his family all came up to my grandparents' house to stay for a while, so naturally, we had to go see them too. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against them, it's just that, the minute we walk in the door, I'm surrouned by them. They all give hugs and are talking a mile a minute, telling me how tall I've grown and how beautiful I look (haha!). Well, this goes on for a little while until my parents start talking to everyone, and I'm stuck sitting on the couch, staring at the floor, while my older cousins join the adults and my younger cousin (who's about two years older than me) entertains my younger brother. I, appearently, offend everyone (even though they don't show it) and am left to my own devices. That happened both yesterday and this morning. Thank God I brought my CD player along with me the second time we went up there. Of course then my mom gets all over me for being "anti-sociable". But anyways, this morning, friends of my visiting family decided to pay a little visit themselves. Let's see, I had just finished listening to a song on one of my mix CD's (pretty sure it was Marilyn Manson, but I can't remember; my memory sucks, and I'm pretty sure you're not interested in the name of the song anyway) when all of the sudden the front door burst open and in came, what seemed to me, like a million people all at once. Then, both my cousins and my parents jumped up and began hugging them. People I didn't even know were talking about how much I'd grown, and the last time they'd seen me was when I was a baby...yuck. So then they decided to stay for a while too. My cousins' girlfriends drove me totally nuts, I'll tell you. This one had this really annoying laugh, and another would not shut up (I didn't have my CD player on by this time because my mom had told me to take it off, and then had taken it away from me). Well, somehow I made it through it all and managed to drag my ass back here and complain to you all. Really sorry about this, but I need to tell [i]somebody...[/i] Well, I better go now, ppl. Hey minna. I'm finally back on tblog (though the last time I was on, was yesterday, right?)! Anyways, right now, I'm listening to my Lacuna Coil CD ^___^ and having a grand old time. Thank God the weekend is here! I know, I haven't even been in school for a full week and I'm already sick of it. I hate pretty much all of my teachers, with the exception of two who are incredibly fun and SMART. I thank that it's terrible that only two of my teachers have actual intelligence. I'm not lying, either. I mean, I can spell better than my science teacher. I could sit there and make corrections on all of her spellings on the chalkboard all hour. At least that would give me something to do. Right now, all I'm doing in science (as well as about every other class, with the exception of gym, of course) is sitting and either staring at the clock and wishing it would move faster, or watching the girl in front of me pick her nose. Grr. This morning, I was writing the lyrics to this song I like (Angel's Punishment), since that's what I do when I'm bored, weird I know.... Anyways, as I was writing them, my friend Kelsii looked over and read some of it, and kinda backed away. Haha. She'd never really desert me, tho. She knows how strange I am... I have virtually no friends in my gym class, with the exception of one, Amber, who is one of the most awesome ppl I know. I absolutely love her hair, btw. It's got orange streaks in it. She said the box said the color was copper, but...I like it anyway. Amber's also in my band class. Me and her both wanna drop outta band (especially since we got the new teacher...man what a bitch!), but our parents won't let us; as a matter of fact, it's kinda spooky cuz they also say the exact same things to us: "Do you wanna be a quitter all your life?" Geez. Anyways, on the bus ride after school, the guy I have a crush on turned around and started talkin to me! 0.0 I couldn't believe it! Well, I guess I better go, I'm prolly boring ya with all this talk of school stuff. Sorry! Ja ne!

| I'm Back Again |

Yo, minna! As the subject says, Emiko is back! Well, sorta. I was gonna post after my first day of school, but I got kinda tied up. I was gonna post the day after that, but there was a big lightning storm that went through here, and the power went out, so yeah... Anyways, I'll try to catch up as quickly as I can, but I've only got like 20 more minutes on this thing, but I'll be back on the weekends. Before I go, here's a lil info bout my first day. When I first got to school, I couldn't get my locker open. I was standing there while everyone else was putting their stuff away and going to class, I was doing the combanation lock over and over again. Finally, I saw my best bud Kelsii heading into class, so I called her over and she did the combanation too. It still wouldn't work. Then my other friend, Michelle tried it and it still didn't work. The teachers were all out in the hall telling us and the other late kids to get to class and I was considering getting one of them, when this girl comes up behind me and says, "That's my locker." Of course, I'm like, "huh?" Then I check the sheet of paper and realize that it wasn't my locker after all. Then I turn around to the girl and start saying, "Oh God, I'm sorry." She was really small and looked pretty scared, but I think she was in my class. Anyway, I went to my real locker and opened the lock on the first try. While I'm putting my stuff away as fast as I can, Kelsii and Michelle are both laughing their heads off. But I really can't get mad at them. They waited until I had all my stuff and even saw me off to class before going to their own classes. I wonder if they got tardies; they never mentioned it if they did. Oh well. Hey minna. Today me and my mom went shopping and I got a Lacuna Coil cd (I would've gotten more, but my younger bro stole my money two weeks ago and lost it). Anyways, I really love their music. Simply fantastic. Btw, does anyone know where I can find some Lacuna Coil music codes? I tried Moozik Jamz, but they only have one of them and it's not the one I want. Oh well, onto other things. My mouth is killing me right now. I've got two big sores on both of my lips and they're hurting really badly. Not only that, they made my lips get all swollen as well. Hmm, and this is how I'm gonna look on the first day of school. I'll sure leave an impression on everybody this year. Ugh. Well, I guess I better go. Lotsa blogs to check out and so little time!! Yo, minna. I've just come back from trying to download the new Musicmatch Jukebox. My old computer used to have it, so I got used to it. Now, since I've had to ditch my old computer, I have to make due with my mother's comp, which is like a million years old. Anyway, since I really like using Musicmatch Jukebox, I decided to download the program onto my mom's comp, so I could use it then. But of course, as always, it didn't work. So now I'm trying to redownload it for the fifth time. If any of you have tips for me on this little problem, I'd preciate hearing from ya. Anyways, onto other things. I'm still tryin to find a stupid header and layout for this thing, but none of them work. It's beginning to get on my nerves. Like, I'll find the perfect header, but when I put it on my blog, it's too small or too big for it, so it goes all blurry. I'd like to make a header of my own, but I don't know how. If any of you guys out there have a little tutorial for me on how to make a header, I'd really appreciate any help you have to offer. One more question: Is something still wrong with the comments thingy? Cuz when I leave a comment on other people's blogs, it doubles em. Oh well. Ja ne, minna!

Hey minna. As of right now, I'm totally bored. I guess I always say that, huh? Well it's the truth. I was just posting cuz I figured I should. I'm quitting on my story. I've got writer's block big time and no one seems to be reading it. If I do decide to continue it, it'll probably be put on FanFiction.Net or somethin. Course, I've already got a story on there that needs to be updated on. If you wanna check THAT out, go to www.fanfiction.net/~emikotheblackfox. It'll take you right to the page with my stories on it. Hey minna. I don't know if its just my (mom's) computer, or what, but on my last post I noticed that, instead of a black background behind the words, it's white. Most likely it's just the crappy computer I'm using, but if any of you guys see it too and know how to get rid of it, let me know. Anyways, not much else is going on here, besides the fact that I'm absolutely dreading school. Ugh. The only thing I'm looking forward to is seeing my friends again. That's about it. I know, I'm bad, but I just can't help it. Oh well, time to get my mind off this stuff. Um, I haven't been able to really get a good background and header up on my blog, but that's because none of them seem to suit me, and the ones that do don't work! Ha! Uhhh...there's not really much else to say except that I'm probably gonna be on here all day. I'm kinda bummed out and pissed off cuz I just found out that this girl I know was sexually assulted by her best friend's dad! No one believes her and now her best friend won't talk to her anymore!! Now the girl's thinking it's her fault and that things would've been better if she hadn't told anyone, etc. It's just a mess. Whew. Felt kinda good to get that off my mind. Now I'm feelin a little better. Maybe now I can talk to people without biting their heads off for no reason!! lol You guys know I'm kiddin, right? Good. Well, I'll talk to ya later. Ja ne!

| Aloysius X. L. Pendergast: The Best Fictional Character Around |

Hey minna. I just wanted to post and basically talk bout this awesome book that I just finished an hour or so ago. It's called Brimstone and it's by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. Perhaps some of you have heard of them? If you haven't, they are among my favorite authors of all time. I've been reading the duo's books for about a year now, and I think they're all exceptionally done. But anyways, onto Brimstone. Basically, the main character (at least, he's the main character in my eyes), Special Agent Pendergast of the FBI, is investigating these murders that, from the condition of the victims' bodies, appear to be the work of the devil. The story builds from that point on, Pendergast reuniting with Vincent D'Agosta of the police, the two eventually leaving their New York surroundings and heading to Italy. The story is very suspensful and often had me reading late into the night (not that it matters, right?). I felt I couldn't be satisfied until I reached the end. When I did reach the end, I was satisfied, but not in the way I'd hoped (btw, there are spoilers for the book ahead, so if you're already reading Brimstone and don't want the ending ruined, I suggest you stop reading this post right now). Special Agent Pendergast (whom you've most likely guessed by now is my favorite character) appears to have died at the end of the book, literally being buried alive. While a part of me mourned for him, another part insisted that he was still alive, seeing as Pendergast had gotten himself out of tight spots before. My hope for his survival grew stronger when, in the epilogue, someone comes to dig him up. I'm vaguely wondering if this someone is his brother, whom he hates. Oh well. I'm probably wrong in all the things I've just guessed about. "An annoying habit, but one I find hard to break..." as Pendergast would say (I know, pathetic, aren't I?). I guess I better go, seeing as I most likely bored you all to death. At least this way, you've learned something new about me: I love to read good suspense/mystery/horror/f iction stories, and my favorites of the bunch I tend to take WAAAAAY too seriously!! Oh well, I cannot be helped. Ja ne, minna!

Yo, minna. I'm sorta in a bad mood cuz I got to thinking bout school for some odd reason, and I remembered that, for me, it starts next week! .< Ugh!! I despise school! My birthday is September 13, so I'm hoping that I'll get lotsa anime to help me get through the year. Hey, it helped last year! But anyway, since school is starting, whether I like it or not, I'm not gonna be able to come to tblog very much anymore. Yeah, I'm sure lots of ppl out there are starting school soon as well. Anyways, I'll only be able to come to tblog on weekends...so, yeah: you know how it goes. I'll try to talk bout other stuffs to get my mind off school. Umm, I found this new site (since Gpetz.com is down) where I'm thinkin on getting a header and layout, seeing as I'm totally clueless as to how to make one by myself. It's called Kaiyosei's World--An Anime/Manga Graphics Site. I might put a link to it over on the left so ya'll can get to it easier if you wanna check it out. Yo, minna! As the subject says, I'm back for good this time. I'm once again on my grandparents' comp (by now you've probably noticed that I'm at their house quite frequently). Do you remember when I first said I was going on vacation and didn't know if I'd be able to post as much because of some virus crap my comp was infected with? Well, it turns out it had something worse (what is worse than a virus, btw?) and I had to ditch it. I'm feeling a mixture of angry and sad right now: sad, because I really liked that computer; mad, because I hadn't had it for very long and it already crapped out on me. So now I must rely on my grandparents' computer and the family's computer (which is like a million years old). Oh well. NOTHING CAN KEEP ME AWAY FROM TBLOG!!! Muwahahaha!!! Um...ahem. Anyway, I haven't got much to post about. Just wanted to tell ya'll bout that little tidbit. Okay...what? I think I better go now. I'm starting to get weird. Talk to ya later, minna!! Ja ne!

Hey minna! I'M BAAAAAACK!! XD Not really. Right now, I'm on my uncle's comp which is a bazillion times faster than mine, which is good. He told me I could use it, so I figured I'd post and check out the blogs that I've missed due to my slow computer and vacation. Yes, as of right now I'm on vacation. Visiting my aunt and uncle, to be exact. They are soooo incredibly nice to me! I love em so much! Anyways, it seems everyone's been quite busy while I've been gone. If any of you have important info, or stuff that I've missed (or you'd just like to leave a comment cuz you love me sooo much! lol), you can leave a comment and tell me, or you might be able to find me slinking around tblurt. Hey minna. I just wanted to tell you guys that I might not be posting as much these days. Recently, my computer (which is NEW, I might add) was infected with some kinda virus crap. I don't know what the hell it is, but its making my computer run slow, throw pop-ups at me every single second, and it's really starting to get on my nerves. Since it moves so slow, posting on tblog these days is EXTREMELY difficult. So until this problem is resolved, I don't know if I'll be around here as much. If, on a day when I'm feeling extremely patient, I might come and post. But I'm not promising anything. One more thing before I go. My family wants to take a vacation before school starts, so next week (I think) we're going up to this lake where my aunt and uncle have a cabin. It's a wonderful place to relax, especially since they're remoldeling it. Just wanted to tell you in case I can't get a post in before I go. Wouldn't want you to think I'd fallen off the face of the earth, or something... All right, I'll leave you alone now. Ja ne!
