Yo. My ARC hasn't come yet. While I wait for it...
I was just wondering something a few minutes ago. Has anyone else besides me considered moving to a new blog host? Don't get me wrong (and I don't wanna offend tblog or anything), I was just curious. I mean, the instances I've thought about it are those days when tblog is particularly screwy, or when I so badly wanna redo my blog, but it's much too complicated for me (it's a miracle I got it looking how it does now!). I found this place called DeadJournal (similar to LiveJournal) and I thought it looked pretty cool (unfortunately you hafta get invited by one of the members there and I know no one!). As a matter of fact, I do have a LiveJournal (under the name cozette_sora), but no one visits it. I think I made it just to see the cool designs and crap. I think it looks pretty cool actually. I'm thinking I might post some of my stories on there enventually, seeing as the only way I would delete it would be if I got a DeadJournal. Well, since I don't wanna get "in trouble" with anyone for talking somewhat against tblog, I'll stop. I also wanna say that I probably won't be leaving tblog in the near future, seeing as I have so many great and cool friends I've met here (I might come back and reword this awful sentence! lol)!!
Getting on to other things (I'm in the mood for a long post, for some reason), I made the Select Choir for next year!!! Yay!! I was so nervous when I tried out I was shaking. And what's more, I found out my guy (Note: I'm now using the term "my guy" for the dude I like cuz that's what I'd like him to be and also cuz I'm so madly in love ((obsessed?)) with him and he thinks I no longer exist!) made it to. Unfortunately the Slut (I'm being so stereotypical, ne?) who went out with him before made it too, and she's starting to like him again. So....yeah. Okay I'm done now. Not only was this a long post, it was a post chock full of parentheses. Oh well. Those dudes are my friends!! Okay, bye!

| Dance of Death, AGAIN! |

Yo. OMG, I ish so happy!!! You know how in the previous post I was all talking about how I couldn't wait until June to get the Dance of Death book? Well, guess what. I got the ARC off ebay last night! The ARC (or advanced reader's copy) is just like an early printing of the book. I guess if I go look up the description of the book, I can get the official definition of what the ARC is. Oh well. I'm just so happy I got it. The final bid (mine, of course) was $46.00. I thought that was pretty good, considering an earlier one went for $56.00. There was another person trying to get the book too (the one who'd won the other copy the day before), but we beat them. And I'm just sooo happy. Now I hope the seller will hurry up and ship it out to me, since I've payed already. The seller's review are pretty good in the shipping area, so I trust it will come sometime this week. Anywayz, getting on to other things...
What other things? lol Um, for the most part right now I'm in the middle of a cleaning break (it was, after all, Mamma's money that I spent on the book) and I'm feeling great!! As a matter of fact, I'm just about done doing the things Ma lined out for me, so that's another good thing. I'm starting to ramble so I guess I shall go. I'll come back later and edit this post with the definition of the ARC just for the hell of it. Okay, buh byez!!

Yo. I don't get what makes my weekends so damn boring!! Well, I guess for the most part it's the boredom itself that's making them boring...lol. Anywayz, I've got myself all excited about the new book by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child, Dance of Death. The book doesn't even come out until June 14 (although it was originally June 7; they pushed it back). I guess it just goes to show how obsessed I am about these books. As a matter of fact, I'm reading the first one in the series, Relic, right now. When my pop's around I read it aloud so I can judge his reaction. He's starting to get into it. I absolutely love it when I can get other people to like the things that I obsess over!!! ^^ Well, getting back to DoD, you are able to purchase the ARCs on ebay, but they cost around $100 bucks, and the ppl on the PrestonChild website who did get the ARCs, said that they bordered on the edge of something illegal. ??? Okay, whatever. I'll just wait until June. So, now that I've bored you all out of your minds talking about something that probably doesn't even interest you (heh), I'll go. Farewells!!

| Bye Bye Weekend |

Yo. Well, the sleepover thing was an overall success. Although I'm somewhat embarrassed cuz when I think back on it, I was acting like I was high the whole night. Well anyway, we stayed up until either four or five, I don't remember. I was the third one to fall asleep (I waited until my friend Amber fell asleep cuz she's known to play pranks on those that are asleep). As a matter of fact, when one of my other friends fell asleep first, we took pictures of her and made signs and put them around her. She slept through us taking about four pictures, and never woke up until morning (or at least, when the sun came out). Amber brought lots of PS2 games (tho they were mainly Final Fantasy), so we played those most of the night. Well, that's about all I hafta report, except that last night's episode of FMA was really good. Finally, I got to see more than a glimpse of Envy. Okay, I'm gone now. Bye!

Yo. Today's post is entitled "Wheeeeeeee" cuz today is Wednesday!!! It's weird, whenever I spell Wednesday, I always hafta pronounce it how it's spelled; Wed. Nes. Day. Idiotic, huh? Anywho, today was just another normal day. I suppose I'm adjusting to life back at school again...except for the fact that I hafta get up early and all that. Ugh. Absolute worst part of my school day, every day. Ummm, today when I was in typing class, this uber-annoying girl finally had to do her work today!! Normally all she does is bat her eyes at the teach and say, "Can I work on Photoshop again today?" ::rolls eyes:: She absolutely hates typing, yet the teacher always praises her on how fast she types. Woo-hoo. Anywayz, something to really woo-hoo about is that I'm gonna have a sleepover!!!! WHEEEEEEEEE!!!! lol Yesh, I fell like a little child again! Well, toning it down a bit, and since I am a respectable teenage girl (yeah, right) I will phrase it this way: I am having some friendly aquaintences over for afternoon tea and they are going to stay at our humble home overnight. Well, technically, we'll be at school in the afternoon, and then we'll be going to a dance, but afterward we'z going to come back to my house and hang......upside down. No, really, we're just going to hang regularly. lol Well, suppose I had better go, dahlings. ::tee hee:: Ciao!! lol

Yo. Emiko here. The reason the name of this post is Twilight is cuz it's the name of this pen that I'm messing with while I think of stuff to write about. So it's official: my spring break is over and I return to school as of tomorrow. Although I'm sad, I also feel a little accomplished and bouncy for some reason. I think it's cuz I found my old Aqua CD over the weekend. Normally I don't listen to that kinda music, but I made an exception since I haven't listened to it in a long time (I first got the CD when I was 5). And now I've gotten hooked on it all over again. I know it's dumb, cuz most of their songs are, in my parents' own words, "stupid and pointless", they have a kinda bounce in them that picks me up and makes me happy. My fave songs from that CD are Barbie Girl and Candyman. Oooh, I love the Candyman song...eheh. Anywayz, other than that little trip down memory lane, there's really not much else to say, except I'm thinkin on changing my blog around a lil bit, but I'm too lazy to do anything major. I also dunno what I should do with it. If you guys have any ideas, please tell me. I'm open to all suggestions. Well, I guess I'll go. I might tweak with the little details for a little bit, seeing as I've got nothing better to do. Okay. Bye!

Yo. Well, Spring Break is almost over for me. Bummer. I'm sure if I'd been given a few more days I might've been able to come up with something to do. Ugh. Anywayz, as you can tell, not much has been going on around here (big plans I was talking about flew out the window some time ago). I did go shopping today, however. Tho, all I got was some food. ::sigh:: My CD player is currently missing (i.e. somebody stole it, broke it etc. All I know is that I did not lose it myself. I'm far too perfect to do something such as that. ::snort:: ) so I don't have any tunes to listen to. Hmmm.... ::drums fingers on keyboard:: Well, I s'pose I'll go now.
